I’ve tried a lot of different recipes whenever I need to use up some ripe bananas, but I can now stop looking for the perfect go-to banana bread. This is it!! I made this recipe exactly as written, and myself, my family and friends all loved it! The honey and brown sugar add such depth of flavor to the batter and the oats and walnuts give the bread a nice crunchy texture. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, Noreen. I will be back to try some of your other creations.
