Thanks for responding to my e-mail. I’m sorry things are hectic for you right now. Hopefully things will get better soon. I love your recipes. My husband is picky and he likes what I’ve made so far. You’re doing a great job!

Noreen,
I made your Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce to go with a raw veggie wrap! (The kind you see in the sushi section of the grocery store, wrapped in tapioca sheets.) I added less than a teaspoon of Sriracha and it was plenty hot. Over the top for some, but just right for me. 🙂
Thanks again!!

Hello Noreen,
I have a school project for food technology and I was wondering if I could use your recipe? I will give full credit to you and it would not be shown outside of school.
Thanks, Emily

Hi Noreen.
I was looking for a meatless lunch to make for a client and stumbled upon your spinach ricotta rolls, which fit the bill perfectly! I’ve got the filling made and about to assemble the puff pastry squares for baking. Do you know if these can be fully assembled in advance then refrigerate until baking later?
I just read your About Me page while waiting for the oven to preheat and felt like everything you were writing resonated with me, in the outlook of cooking and taking care to prepare food for loved ones! I’m sort of the opposite situation though, where I am native Californian who married my Sri Lankan husband almost 40 yrs ago, (ok, India and Sri Lanka are pretty much neighbors) but having a multi cultural family brings with it, multicultural foods to the table. (Every pun intended. Lol!) Anyways, I just wanted to compliment you on your blog and the recipes you’ve shared. I look forward to trying more of yours out. I like that you include the pictures and step by step instructions. I had done a similar format on my Facebook page with friends, but decided to get off social media as it was eating too much of my time up. But I still turn to Pinterest for inspiration! Glad I found you.
All the best,
Paulette
